One of the Midwest’s most popular brass quintets, the Nebraska Brass, proudly announces “Brass Seasons”, the fourth series of concerts in the 2005-2006 season. The Nebraska Brass will present an exciting evening of music to celebrate spring and the shifting seasons including selections from Vivaldi’s “Four Seasons.”

Friday, March 24 - First United Methodist Church

Saturday, March 25 - Morning Star Lutheran Church
331 South 85th Avenue, Omaha, NE - 7:30 p.m.

Sunday, March 26 - Good Shepherd Presbyterian Church
8300 East Pointe Road, Lincoln, NE - 3:00 p.m.

Ticket Information:
Lincoln & Omaha - $15 for Adults, $12 for Seniors - FREE for children and students.
Kearney - $12 for Adults, $10 for Seniors - FREE for children and students.

The Nebraska Brass, founded in 1987, includes members Dean Haist, trumpet; Brad Obbink, trumpet; Richard Ricker, French horn; Mark Mendell, trombone; and John Thomason, tuba.

The Nebraska Brass presents a series of five concerts in Lincoln, five concerts in Omaha, and five or more concerts in other Nebraska communities each year.  The Nebraska Brass is the only ensemble in this area that provides such a variety of music, in so many different venues, to audiences throughout the state. In addition, the Nebraska Brass provides educational outreach by presenting nearly 30 concerts.
