PRESS RELEASE, October 2000 The Nebraska Brass announces their first concerts of the 2000-2001 season: "Back to Bach"
All concerts begin at 7:30 p.m. Tickets may be used in either city.
"Back to Bach" is the title of this concert, which will include the following selections: Fugue, in G minor (The Little), Prelude & Fugue in C Major, Toccata & Fugue in D minor, all by J.S. Bach; Scherzo and Lied, by Ludwig Maurer, edited by Robert Nagel; Four Swiss Tunes, arranged by Elgar Howarth; Prelude to a Kiss, by Duke Ellington and arranged by J. Gale; Rialto Ripples, by G. Gershwin & W. Donaldson and arranged by Michael W. Allen; and others...
