NB: Nebraska Brass and Friends

Hello friends of Nebraska Brass, Attached please find the postcard for the upcoming "Nebraska Brass & Friends" concert series.   The Nebraska Brass will swing into its final concert of the season April 21-23 in Columbus, Omaha and Lincoln with special guests Jami Fristo on percussion and Peter Bouffard on guitar. The series will feature an exciting mix of music, with a number of pieces newly arranged by the Nebraska Jazz Orchestra’s Peter Bouffard. These include the gorgeous Spanish guitar arrangement on Francisco Tárrega’s “Capriccho Arabe,” fun jazz arrangements of Neal Hefti’s “Cute” featuring Jami Fristo, the classic “Saints Go Maching In” and Antonio Carlos Jobim’s charming bossa nova piece, “Desafinado.”  Join us for this end-of-the-season event! Please note that the venue has changed for the Omaha concert.  The concert will take place at Presbyterian Church of the Cross.
